You Must be over the age of 21 to reserve with the Atlantic Oceanside Motel and Suites, there is NO exception to this rule. Valid ID is required at check in.

Room Rates:

Rates are based on Double Occupancy, there is a fee for additional guest(s). Falsifying the number of guests on your registration is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Rate “quotes” can and will change at anytime without notice. A “rate” is only guaranteed with a valid reservation and confirmation number.

Deposit Policy:

We require a deposit to confirm/guarantee a reservation. This deposit amount is usually an amount equal to the first night’s rate plus tax. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation you may call or email at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to notify us. We will promptly refund your deposit less a $20 (plus tax) service charge. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit. (Cancel is described as but not limited to: date changes, adding a day, subtracting a day, complete cancellation of reservation, and room type changes.)

Early Departure:

Refunds are not offered for early departure. Weather, other than hurricanes, is not a reason for refunds.

Hurricane Policy:

In the event of a hurricane we follow the policy recommended by this area’s chamber of commerce. Under a tropical storm watch or warning no refunds are given. Under a hurricane watch you may transfer deposits to another date. Under a hurricane warning we will refund or transfer deposits.


Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later. If you arrive before 3:00 pm and would like to check in early, when available there is a fee of $35.00 at the motel and $50.00 at the Suites, please check with reservation staff for further pricing and availability. We require that at least one guest checking in and staying in the room be over the age of 21, valid identification is required.


Check out time is 11:00 am. Generally, you may keep your vehicle in our parking lot until 2 pm. Please check with the office.

Late Check-Out:

On occasion and based on availability we offer a late check out for an additional fee of no less than $25.00 at the motel and $35.00 at the Suites and you may stay until 5:00 P.M. Please check with the office for availability.  Again, please check with the office.

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at our motel and suites locations year round, pet friendly rooms are limited. We charge a $10 per night pet fee. Guests with pets must provide a credit card at check-in. We will permit pets to be left in room unattended for short amounts of time. If your pet disturbs other guests you may be asked to leave.

Housekeepers will not service a room with a pet in the room. We will try to accommodate cleaning while you and your pet are out if you notify the office in advance.

We enjoy having pets and even have a few weekends that groups of people with pets come to gather. If you are involved with a pet group ask us about arranging a special weekend.

Parking Policy:

We allow one car per room. There is no exception to this rule.  Cars not registered with the office and not displaying a valid Atlantic Oceanside Permit will be towed without warning. Parking on our lot is at your own risk, we are not responsible for damage  to or from your vehicle.

Smoking Policy:

Rooms that permit smoking are restricted to certain room types. All Suites are non smoking. Smoking anything in a non-smoking room will result in a charge of no less than $150.00 per night of your entire stay.


We provide security on our property for most weekends and special events. Our security guards are provided by a contracted professional security company. The company will enforce our policies with regard to behavior while on our property. The security company’s responsibilities also include towing unauthorized vehicles from our lot. To review our rules for guests click here. The security company does have the power to evict guests if necessary. Evicted guests do not receive refunds for any remaining nights of their stay.

All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property. Rooms are expected to be in the same order as it was upon check in, a cleaning fee of no less than $85.00 will be assessed for excessive trash not placed in proper receptacle. Extreme damage and/or malicious destruction of property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Malicious destruction of property is a Class G Felony and is punishable by up to 2 years in prison or a $2500.00 fine or Both.
